What Does It Cost?

The cost of a typical 1,500 square foot house with one bathroom is $450.

Costs increase with the size of a house, the number of bathrooms and kitchens. The overall age of a house can add time and complexity to the inspection.

JBHI provides firm quotes outlining the property details to be inspected including any additional systems beyond the customary such as in-ground pools.

Call, e-mail, or text us the house and property information and we will lock-in a quote for you.

A Valuable “Visual” Home Inspection

As we perform a visual house inspection with you there will be a continuing conversation as we review the systems and structure of the property. As a “first-time” buyer, you will be made aware of any possible defects that will need review by professional engineers or contractors.  We will also identify typical maintenance items that are part of home ownership.

As an experienced buyer, you will benefit from an extra pair of eyes to quickly assess this “new” property to help avoid possible buyer’s regret.

Home sellers often prefer to have their own inspections performed to give them an honest appraisal of the overall condition of their house prior to listing for sale. This affords an opportunity to take care of important repairs or a bit of neglected maintenance that might affect a potential sale. A pre-listing inspection often results in quicker final sales with fewer midnight headaches.

Of course you will have a complete report with photos for use in considering the final purchase decision. Your report is typically delivered the same day.
